Olympic Games Paris 2024

The 2024 Summer Olympics will be held in France from 24 July to 11 August 2024. It is officially the Games of the XXXIII Olympiad. And officially branded as Paris 2024, is an international multi-sport event. The 2024 Summer Olympics will have its opening ceremony on 26 July. It will be held in Paris.

Paris became the second city to host the Summer Olympics three times, in 1900 and 1924. London is the first city to host the Summer Olympics in 1908, 1948 and 2012. The Summer Games take place in a four-year Olympiad cycle but the 2020 edition was cancelled due to COVID-19 but the 2020 Games will be held in 2021.

Breakdancing is included in Paris 2024 for the first time. The 2024 Games are estimated to cost €9 billion.
